Chairman/Secretary - Bev Margerison

Bev has taken over as chairman and secretary in addition to her health and safety role!  She can be contacted on:

Bev is also responsible for all Health & Safety issues.  This includes providing Risk Assessments to both the Parish Council and Swindon Council prior to Carnival day.

Communication/Stalls - Diane Archer

The communications role is responsible for providing updates for the website, Facebook and Twitter. Also Diane is running stalls and food/drink on Wier Field after the parade. 

Parish Council Liaison & Treasurer - Lisa Campisano

As a Parish Councillor, Lisa, will be the main point of contact with the parish council ensuring the council are updated on any issues.  She will also keep the Carnival committee informed of any parish council issues that may affect the carnival. Lisa is also the carnival Treasurer.

Parade - Paul Hill

Paul will be responsible for the parade and parade volunteers for 2020.

Sponsorship and Entertainment - Sally Parker

Sally is responsible for arranging the entertainment at Weir Field after the parade and for obtaining sponsorship.

Field Manager - Kostya Vasiliev


Kostya is responsible for setting up and running the Weir Field on the day of the carnival and all field logistics

Louise May - Publicity and Social Media

Louise is responsible for keeping the website and Social Media Pages up to date and letting the public know what is happening.
